Error handling and network monitoring built in!

We go through great pains to test the reliability of the EZ Stack.

1. The sample code included in the templates was written to assist in the reliability testing of the stack.



• The data patterns were chosen to be random.



• The size of the packets is random where possible.



• The PC companions to the samples also use random data and packet sizes.



2. To simulate real network problems:



• We randomly throw away receive packets.



• We randomly skip sending a transmit packet.



3. The UDP and TCP templates include error handling and resend the data automatically.



4. Use the NETMON macros to monitor your custom software. Use the 'dev' configuration to see all of the network traffic.
